Dear Grade 9 Techies,
My name is Miss. Jackson and I teach Computer Technology at Lincoln Community School. This is my ninth year at LCS teaching Computer technology and Graphic Design. I teach Grades 6 through 12 and we offer the Middle years Program. (MYP)
MYP technology aims to provide the means and the context to help students become skillful problem solvers, who can appreciate the role of technology in everyday life and society and who can respond critically and resourcefully to real-life challenges.
I am particularly interested in setting up my classes in Blackboard and also learning new stuff to share with my students in our rapidly changing world of technology.
I love to draw and sew in my spare time. I also love to play golf and will be playing in the Audi Invitational Golf Tournament at the Achimota Golf Club on Saturday, the 15th of November, 2008.
